      You could not get an RMA from matrox on this one?.. yes you overclocked it and modded it, but they don't need to know this

                They would have most likely discovered that the card was damaged by modifications and voided the warrenty.

                            Probably G450 rather than G440.

                            Or "another" one of those OEM sold to third parties such as Compaq. Which is still G450 core probably...
