Problems capturing audio through the BOB on a G400TV.

If I use a cable to bypass the BOB and plug into the mike or line in jacks on the sound card, I can get it to work, but If I plug the VCR audio out, into the BOB audio in, and the BOB's audio in cable into the computers mike or line jacks it is a no go.

Also, when capturing through the mike input, cinema shows the level on its level indicators, but when capturing through the line input I can get it to capture audio but it won't show the level on the level indicators (the green/yellow/red light diplay thinger)

hi Cheezwiz,

you may want to open the PC-VCR remote software, open it's properties page and make sure that you have LINE/LINE IN selected under the rcording tab and its audio levels are past the 75% mark.

Now try bringing audio in.
