need help with a matrox c200 mms quad with TV

I am having problems getting a c200 mms quad card with TV to run on a new asus p4g87x deluxe with a 3.06 intel -- my dual card works fine but the quad card will not load out of the bios -- i have updated bios == any suggestions ==

Have you already tried the Matrox tech support forum.
