          Fyi.. WRAM has been end of life for quite a while, so good luck finding any unless its from a system pull (used). Samsung was the sole manufacturer of this stuff.
          SGRAM is also end of lifed somewhat recently, but is still pretty easy to find in parts inventories since it was widely used.
          VRAM I think was end of lifed, but there are craploads of the stuff floating everywhere.
