  • Question on MSP7.0 function

I have a RT2000 and use Premier 6. I have downloaded the MSP7 trail and while I find it impressive there is one thing niggling me. When I'm working in Premier if I have a clip in the source window I can mark the In and Out points and then press "," on my keyboard. Premier automatically puts the clip as marked into the tiemline where the cursor is.

Is there any way to do this in MSP 7. i.e use F3 & F4 to mark the in and out points of the clip and then use a keystroke to send it to the time rather than using the mouse to drag it onto the timeline

    Thanks

    Pooh,

    Try this.

    1) Drag and drop your source file on to the source window.
    2) Press the space bar.
    3) Mark in/mark out with F3 and F4
    4) F11
    5) Choose Va

Is this what you are looking for?

      Thanks Jack

What you suggest works, it's a little more awkward than premier but a lot better than jumping between mouse and keyboard all the time.
