G450eTV and Windows Server 2003

I am trying to get the Video Tools for the G450eTV to install on Windows Server 2003 which I am beta testing. I am having no success, although the driver seems to install, neither powerdesk nor the video tools setup program can "detect any Matrox hardware" the stange thing is that the driver setup program does see the g450eTV. Does anyone have any suggestions or a workaround? It seems like Matrox is never ready for new OS's with drivers, this is the third time I've been unable to upgrade to a new OS because Matrox doesn't have a driver ready!

Are you logged-on as administrator while installing both the driver and video tools?
