Not totally stupid, but not a network/internet "expert" either, and cannot figure how it is that a forum hosted somewhere treats users differently, and even if they(?) do, why DST is such a hassle twice a year in the current age.

origin of "expert" - ex is a has-been, and spurt is a concentrated drip

For some silly reason the busrt server isn't set to its correct timezone. so twice a year, until they sort it out. the server is confused as to if its in daylight savings or not.

nowhere - it should always be ok where you are by the looks of it.
