Can anyone help. Downloaded the paid upgrade for MSP7.
Everything works great except I cannot open CG. Haven't had time to contact the tech support and my download window expires 29 Mar - I have however downloaded three times without getting a complete working version. The file size is correct everything works perfect except CG will not open.
PC - 2.53ghz 80GB "O" raid for video. 100 GB boot drive
ATI 9700 Vid Card. Sony 500 DVD burner.NEC CD burner.OS Win XP. 1GB ram. Be gratefull for any comments - help etc. Yours Brian

I downloaded the paid upgrade and can't open Capture, Edit or CG. The only response from Ulead has been to download again and reinstall (which of course I had done several times) and to reinstall Windows.
