Is an NP-F330 InfoLITHIUM rated for 2 hours?

It said FULL at 101 min. but a couple of minutes later it went to 102 min.

It holds a 2 hour charge. How long it lasts depends on what the camera in doing. Use the battery then charge it again it will probably make it to about 120 next time.

120 minutes is for video8 models in the bottom line.
For D8 (and probably other digital and some Hi8) Sony says less time, because the power consumption is higher. I usually see 114 minutes or less.
Working with CCD screen decreases the value by 20%, but once you have opened it and closed, the operation time might not return to higher value immediately.
For another high capacity battery F750 the time indicator shows dramatic difference in remaining time with LCD ON and OFF.
Actually, (at least F550 battery) the battery contains two cells made by ... Panasonic and a small infolithium controller. The cells have only two contacts, so the controller can only measure the current and voltage values. These values are probably related with remaining charge, but the change in voltage should not be very big. So, the accuracy of measurement is not good, and indicated value is subject to change for unrealistic with extra power consumtion, such as 3Watt lamp attached to camcorder. It takes not too much power (~40% of camcorder itself), but immediately causes the indicator to decrease the time by a factor of 3.
The good is that you can charge these batteries any time you want and for any time you can. Even 10 minutes charging can help sometimes.
