    I wish ISP's would boot infected machines of the internet if the person is registered with them. Warn them and then chop.

      What about the RIAA twisting this around to use on people sharing MP3s?
      Why is it called tourist season, if we can't shoot at them?

        THe poeple's machines are not being used to attack the RIAA. So it would not apply.
