    ECS L7S7A/L7S7A2, what chipset are they, 746/746FX ?

    They are both listed as supporting DDR400 memory, by this one would assume they're both SIS 746FX boards.
    To be honest I'm more interested if the L7S7A is a 746FX, since it's also supposed to have an onboard Serial ATA controller (while about the L7S7A2 they don't say anything) and that's mainly what I'm looking for, official DDR400, onboard SATA and...
    PCI/AGP lock, something production 746FX boards are rummored to have.

    Both 746FX. L7S7A2 is a slimmed down version that might not have some features, but looks neater and is a bit smaller in size. MSI and IWILL purportedly have 746FX boards in the pipeline. When they become available I'll probably be one of the paying beta testers for one of those.

      One more question, if it's not too much of a burden...
      does the L7S7A have 1MHz step clock and PCI/AGP lock for overclocking ?
