For once just to keep my mother happy I drove down and back to my sisters at 70mph.
Fuel comsumption slightly better but no much.
Dead boring driving at seventy.
Very hard to keep at that speed.
As ever it's more dangerous driving at seventy as the dorks overtaking you won't pull over when you need to move across even though you signaled in plenty of time (Plus no one over taking them ) and the dork pulling onto the motorway won't use his/hers mirror and theres a whole stream of the buggers so slowing down doesn't make any differance.
A more powerful car means you pull away from the plonker in the middle lane but driving a 1.4 clit doesn't give you a lot umph.
