    Try this site:

Grzegorz knows a lot about g200 and g400 pins files. He even has some pins files to download for the marvel g200 at this link:

    Hope this helps

You can try the Restore Bios utility from the Matrox website. I don't know if it will fix a corrupted pins file but I believe it's worth the try.

P.S. It works for the G100, G200 and G400 series graphics cards. So it should work for a Marvel G200.
        Main: Dual Xeon LV2.4Ghz@3.1Ghz | 3X21" | NVidia 6800 | 2Gb DDR | SCSI
        Second: Dual PIII 1GHz | 21" Monitor | G200MMS + Quadro 2 Pro | 512MB ECC SDRAM | SCSI
        Third: Apple G4 450Mhz | 21" Monitor | Radeon 8500 | 1,5Gb SDRAM | SCSI

I'm sorry to hear that the restore bios utility doens't work for you.

I believe you also tried to recover the bios: http://grafi.ii.pw.edu.pl/gbm/matrox/biosrec.html

If this doens't help I guess you better contact Matrox tech support if you already haven't done this.

It couldn't fix your pins.. you'll either have to RMA the card.
or ask someone here, or at matrox to do the following,
so you can restore your card.

go into a true dos 6.22/9X (NOT NT/2K/XP), with the G200 Marvel
the follow the instructions below to create a raw dump of the
              bios.
<rtn> means hit the enter/return key

              C:\>debug bios.bin <RTN>

              -m c000:0 8000 cs:100 <RTN>

              -r cx <RTN>

              CX 0000 (this is displayed)
              :8000 <RTN>

              -w <RTN>

Writing 08000 bytes (this is displayed)
              -q <RTN>

to verify it properly dumped the bios

              C:\>debug bios.bin <RTN>
              -d <RTN>
              XXXX:0100 55 AA ?? ?? ?? ?? (you'll see the 55 AA)
              -q <RTN>

You'll have a image called bios.bin with the pins complete
If someone does this for you then all you have to do after that
is with the bios update package

              C:\>progbios -i bios.bin -k

This will flash the bios with the pins into your card then
all you have to do is change the serial number as shown
              on this site

Oh yeah.. Warning.. this recover method will only
work with Millenium->G400.. It will wreck any other
matrox card after G400.. since their bios's are larger than 32K

It's also good to do this if you own one of these
products and keep the image in a safe place
incase you do scrap your bios in the future..
saves you the cost of RMA, and down time..
