What's the word I'm looking for?

I'm looking for a word, don't know which one it is.

Example Situation: My company treats the french team (my team) like garbage because of our language. They don't really care that we are the Top 3 best team in the building and they don't care that we have 5 times more work than ANYBODY else. If we didn't speak french then maybe they would actually treat us like humans instead of slaves.

What's the name for that? It's not slavery, is it racism?

I'm just looking for the word, that's it.

Report it to the proper authorities ?
Sue the damn bastards if they're too harsh ?
Get some civil right org to pressure them ?

Thought you lived in Montreal... French speeking region anyway, so there must be such organizations that can pressure them or help you sue them if it's the case ?

Unfortunetely I've been living with discrimination all my life, or at least sine I started going to school. I'm used to it. But yes I wish it would go away, it's not like I'm different than everybody else, I just speak two languages. I don't get it.
