  • How much time does take Matrox RMA Support?

    Hi there, have anybody make experience with the Matrox RMA Support?

    I sent my P to Ireland 6 weeks ago.
    My G400 MAX was 6 Months (!!!) away.
    As a pupil I do not spend 400 € on hardware to only use it one month and recieve it back, if it already to old.

    ATM i could only use a damn Radeon 7500. I miss FAA
    System:
    P III-S 1.4@1.52
    512 MB SDR-Ram

      Thanks. Matrox tells me they will sent the card this week away to me

          i sent mine on the monday and got it back the following monday -- that was a g400 16mb

              My experience was quite good with the RMA department. I July, I received a bad Parhelia:

              I sent mine back in and got back in a week. The new card has been working great.
