That is seriously disturbing.. whatever that thing is, it doesn't look human.
Reading another thread and remembering this picture had me thinking of this line from The Princess Bride..

What's sad is that he insists that his lack of normal pigmentation is due to a condition called "vitiligo". VERY unlikely as one of vitiligos hallmarks is its irregular appearance;
