Mill\RRG running HOT!
I finally received my Rainbow Runner, and am very satisfied so far. But after having the computer running with its cover off for several hours while capturing some video, I touched both the MillG200 and RRG, and both were hot enough to burn. Is this normal operation? What's going to happen when I put the cover back on? I left a PCI slot open between the Mill and the RRG, but the RRG is right next to a PCI sound card. I have a bad feeling this is a recipe for some toast.

Well believe it or not, putting the cover back on your machine will give you better air circulation, as long as you have fans blowing air in and fans blowing air out.
Yes the RRG does heat up when capturing or playing back but not to the extreme you specify.
I suggest you add a mini fan to the card itself which could help the situation.
