Surround Gaming in Battlefield 1942

Has anyone had any luck getting surround gaming working in Beef using the apptimizer? I've had a few goes but I only ever get it runnning in single head. Yes I didn't click on use etc, just went straight into multiplayer and it just came up on the primary display...

yes I have, I used the beta drivers and the new apptimizer (1.20) and it works like a treat, but I could not get it to work with any other combination of driver and apptimizer.

Yeah thats what I'm running too, the most up to date versions of both the drivers and the apptimizer and no luck. I've tried manually editing all the .con files i can find with video settings like the apptimizer tries to set to no avail too.

Ive been running it in surround 2400x600 with 16sfsaa etc and its been great but im on the older 1.0010080(whatever) drivers and havent installed sp1 on xp.
