No record button on my remote

G'day All

I have a Matrox g400 - TV and all works OK
but I have no record button on the remote
Any Ideas

I have
Matrox Video Tools Version 02.04.15
Matrox PC-VCR Version 02.04.15
Windows 2000 Service pack 3
PIII 1.3 gig Intel
Aopen MB ax34-U
80 gig HD
640 megs memory

Hi there Ray, you'll probably get more answers in our Desktop Video forum - a few of those guys might not read the other forums
