Retail BF1942 and Overlay GFX

Does anyone have a Parhelia and problems with the overlay gfx on the game? Latest drivers for everything. Machine is as follows:

P4 2.53
Shuttle AB45 i845e board
1gb PC2700
Parhelia 128 Retail
