My girlfriend doesnt understand me. She complains whenever I fart, belch, pull off my toenails or come home from a day at the lakeside stinking of fish.

Establish certain sections of the house that are a 'Free Fart' zone. In these areas you are allowed to break wind, belch or be smelly on the understanding that she enters at her own risk.
You will of course need a buffer zone between the FF area and the rest of the house, possibly utilising an airlock, accoustic insulating tiles and a well stocked shower cubicle.
