What you need is a program called 3D Analyze V1.4 to emulate T&L for ya...

(not much help but I'll say it anyway )

It runs really well and looks nice on a Parhelia.

The problem is that Spiderman: The Movie wants a video card that has hardware T&L support.

Matrox Gxxx cards do not have this feature and so the game will not run.

If you want, you download and try 3D Analyzer v1.5 from Tommti Systems http://www.tommti-systems.com

Check out the "Spiderman, the Movie" screenshots at www.pvrtech.com

You should see the link there for 3D Analyze v1.4

Well, I was just on this Activision Answer page for Spider-Man: The Movie, dated 07/10/2002 which says:

"As stated in the minimum system requirements, a video card with full Transformation and Lighting is required to play the game.

Common video chipsets that are NOT supported to run the game:

                    All 3DFx Voodoos
All ATi cards below the Radeon 7200
                    All Intels
                    All Kyros
                    All Matroxs
                    All nVidia TNT2s and below
                    All S3s
                    All SiS
                    All Tridents"

                    EDIT: To fix the URL

Seeing as the Kyro works perfectly with 3D Analyze as shown on www.pvrtech.com the same should apply to the G400. You'll need a fairly fast CPU, however, to make up for the lack of T&L, preferably an AMD with its beefy FPU...

                        Two different games:
Spiderman and Spiderman: The Movie. The latter requires a T&L card while the former does not.

If you can't play it you're not missing much

Camera pretty much kills the game...
