best tv card for capture??UK

Hi what`s the best sub £100 tvcard for analogue capture available in the UK at the moment? The bundled software is not really an issue here.

For €69.95 + €12.25 p&p, Conrad will ship you a Terratec Cinergy 400 TV. Their part no. is 99 47 81-77. http://www.conrad.com . You had better check with them, though, whether the manual is in English, unless you can read German. I've found the company to be reliable. They have a 1200+ page catalogue!!!

in the UK a different sound format is used.. Nicam stereo?

Mono sound won't work either, so the tuner will be useless. (S)Video in will work fine though.
