Major Canopus Storm / Adobe 6.5 Problems Reported

Version 6.5 of Adobe Premiere apparently has some major issues with Canopus Storm:

...another reason why I prefer to avoid expensive, proprietary PCI boards in favor of generic, OHCI compliant Firewire.

I'd take that report with a pinch of salt.

There is very little difference between 6.0 and 6.5, with the major ones being a new titler (looks a lot like an Inscriber addon), the MainConcept MPEG plugin and very little else.

When we first plugged Premiere 6.5 into the RT.X100 systems you could barely tell the difference save for the new features.
