Any Parthelia vs G400 / 550 2D speed/IQ benchtest

Anybody has any comments about Parthelia's 2d image quality / speed compared with G400Max/550 ?

Well, 2d parhelia image is rock solid, better than my G400max. I didn't expect any improvement, but it's noticable at 1600x1200 and above. 2048x1536 especially is much more solid than before. Not that i use it on a regular basis, 72Hz is the max of my primary monitor, it hurts the eyes.

*sigh* mine will only do 2048x1536@60hz. Talk about eye strain! So I keep it at the nice 1600x1200@85hz. Crystal clear display, especially compared to my old Radeon. Though since I got a new monitor in the meantime since I had my Marvel G400 I can't really compare the two. It is nice and crisp though :-) Even at 60hz in 2048x1536 it looks great, (except for the flicker, and to think my Atari ST always ran in 60hz and I never noticed it before :-) )

I have two Eye-Q 777 (22") and my DT is set to 1600x1200x32bpp@100Hz each.

2D is just blazing fast and the G-series is put to shame ...

Whatever I pick up and drag around seems to be just sticking to my mouse pointer, no delay, no stutter at all.
