    Yes.
If you go into Powerdesk-HF, and adjust the refresh rates for the resolutions you want to use, they will stick.
NOTE: This doesn't work if you use the regular display properties refresh settings, you MUST use PD-HF, and you MUST make an adjustment. If you want to run at 85Hz, and it's already reporting 85Hz, you still need to adjust it (switch it to 84Hz, then back to 85Hz). Once that adjustment is made for the resolutions you are going to use, they should stay that way.

Max Payne, is a blast on the Parhelia, this is the first card which gives, in 1280x1024x32 with aniso, playeable framerates with maxx quality, yes with this settings it's faster then with my GFti4600!!

This makes me wonder if this could happen with more games once they get better Parhelia support...

Most games aren't developed with the Parhelia in mind, so I guess the devs will do some optimizing for it.

The driverquality is oustanding, I tried Q3, UT2003, Morrowind, UT, and many others, with no single crash, glith or freeze, this is very very good for such new hardware and drivers!

Morrow and UT2003 are playable in 1280x1024x32 maxx qual. but not smooth enough and I must go back to 1024x768.

            APV2 and USArmy are next.

              Sounds good so far.

Interesting to note that Max Payne is running faster than on a GF4 4600...What CPU have you got?

              Have fun!

                I have a P4 2,4 533 fsb with PC1066.

US army op is running great, not blazingly fast but 30-40 fps in 1280x1024x32 with 2x aniso maxx quality, manually edited, so to get 60 fps I must swith one reso back to 1156x864.

I have the idea this card can do much more then we've seen in the reviews yet

I'm getting more and more happy with it

And I am getting more and more excited about it! Have you tried 16xFAA? THG reported that it has some problems in Max Payne....

Can't you just set the system time forward?

I tried that, but it went actually slower

Powerstrip doesn't reconiges the Parhelia yet.

FAA16x works great most of the times, some areas aren't anti aliased a few times, once you set it off, you gonna mis it!

The performance hit with FAA16x is indeed very low.

Have you run into any instances where the FAA causes problems?
