Peters last game for Denmark was played on 04/25/2001 in Copenhagen against Slovenia. Denmark won 3-0.
He still plays pro football though. He is currently signed with Aston Villa FC, Birmingham, England.
The streets were empty during the game, I tell you. After the game it's been the only thing (almost) that's been shown on the telly.
Must be sad for the people who hate football.... as if I care.
