DVDmax player does not install under Win2000
It seems the DVD player supplied with G400 DualHead does not install under win2000. When I try it stalls after it tries to start the install shield(I have to shut the task down by Task Manager - it takes 99% of the cpu). Is there a altenative way to install the player, can I download an updated version somwhere or can I use some other type of player with G400 DualHead?? help please

Why does matrox not support us or let us at least know if they will be able to fix this bug! Is there anybody out there who can help us? -

I thought it was just my dual CPU - I run the install and one caps out at 100%.

is looking promising.
As an added problem I have a shelf of mixed region 1 and 2 DVD's so I better get a player with a region hack.Comment

Yeap Have same problem. Full CPU and will not install. Are Matrox working on this and does anyone have a solution apart from purchasing another DVD package.
