If you ask me, it's doing you a favour by not running

Unless they sort out the camera in a patch, it's probably as easy to play with the monitor switched off.

          requirement

In the minimum requirement, i read:

3-D Hardware Accelerator (32 MB VRAM) with full Transform and Lighting*

Is G400 dualHead compatible with that?

          Thanks for your infos...

Um, is that a rhetorical question or are you asking us?

Well the G400 does come with 32mb of vram (there are some versions with 16mb however), but does not have a T&L unit. Thus many functions have to be emulated by the CPU, which is slower than a T&L equipped video card.
            Primary system specs:
            Asus A7V266-E | AthlonXP 1700+ | Alpha Pal8045T | Radeon 8500 | 256mb Crucial DDR | Maxtor D740X 40gb | Ricoh 8/8/32 | Toshiba 16X DVD | 3Com 905C TX NIC | Hercules Fortissimo II | Antec SX635 | Win2k Pro

              specification

              Thanks for your help.

ok the Game error are (exactly):

You must have a TNL capable 3D card to play this game.

So can you help me with the choice of a new video card?

              thanks

Unfortunately this is the first game which is not supported on any Matrox card except Parhelia of course, nothing i can do about that. Soon games will be using pixel and vertex shaders and so on, games evolve you know
