Funny what shocks people most

It seems that in Sheffield is now accepable to shoot people after dark our local rag seems quite disturbed that someone may consider shooting someone in daylight.
I must be old fashioned since I thought it was completly wrong to go around with guns shooting people in this country at anytime of the day.
