G450 PCI and VIA based mobos (Shuttle barebone)

I'm looking into those nice little PCs from Shuttle (www.spacewalker.de), but the onboard graphics are really poor

There's a free PCI slot, so I want to add a G450 PCI.

But I hear this card won't work with VIA chipset mobos? Could anyone clarify, is this for all mobos or just a select few? Will this work in the Shuttle SV25?

If not, how about SIS 740 and 650 chipsets?

I'm still confused though. I don't need DVDmax or Clone, just standard Dual Head 2 Monitor setup. This will be a simple internet PC, with 2 flatpanel monitors attached at 1280x1024. So no 3D graphics or DVD playback and such.

Will that work _stable_ on the SV25 or SS40/50 PCs (Via and SIS chipsets)?

KuroNeko take a look at this thread http://gathering.tweakers.net/showtopic.php/479764/1/25 (it's in dutch tough (Maar iemand van Hasselt zal wel nederlands kunnen )) this guy got a Shuttle working together with a G450PCI, and DVDMax works when he installed driver version 6.04
