    Now here is an interesting article.



    Still doesn't solve the problem of installing linux, ease of use, (note to self must try kde, gnome irritates me) and my guess is it will still need a lot of work, but finially maybe I can spend most of my time in *nix. I use office a lot

    If you´re having problems installing Linux, try this one


    If you somehow managed to install windows, this will be a breeze
    and you don´t have to worry about gnome, it´s all KDE

      My server runs *nix. I found the install for RH 7.1 to be ok, thinking more for the computer illiterate, but i'll check out that link anyway.

      Must try KDE but honestly I don't see the gui a great deal, ssh is a wonderful thing

        I triple-boot; FreeBSD 4.5-Stable, Mandrake 8.2, Windows 98SE. FreeBSD is an excellent server, Mandrake is nice for me to do work and play some games, and Windows for games that have no *nix port.
