Premiere plugin w/o Premiere?

Is there a tool to use Premiere plugins in other software than Premiere? E.g. Virtual Dub, MS Pro etc?

If not, whould an installation of Premiere interfere with already installed MS Pro, Virtual Dub etc?

And finally, can I import HuffYUV files of 30 GB (in one file, Win2000, NTFS) into Premiere's timeline? Or does that kill it?

I just need it to export a HuffYUV file to a special hardware, which only has a Premiere plugin interface.

FlaskMPEG can use some Premiere plugins like the Ligos encoder (yech) but the most usable are AVISynth and the Video Server software.

Premiere, FlaskMPEG, VirtualDUB and MSPro can coexist.

As far as importing HuffYUV into Premiere goes that shouldn't be a problem given that the duration of the video doesn't exceed 3 hours. This is Premiere's hard-coded limit.
