Just a few days ago I followed a link to a website investigating 3 DV codecs (Canopus, Mainconcept and a third I don't recall)
Subject of the discussion being the Canopus using the full range of values 0-256, where 8- would be more appropriate.
I was sure to have bookmarked this page, but guess not. Nor do I recall where I found the link (I read many video forums and ngs)
Would anyone here perhaps know what site I'm talking about?
