FREE Tsunami Mpeg 1/2 Encoder

I haven't tried it yet, but some people seem to like it. The rub is that it's in Japanese, though English translations are available. It may be interesting to try out.

There is now an English patcher for TMPGEnc
(someone grabed all the text and found some hidden options and translated it to english).
