  • GeForce inverse cursor

A while ago I played around with a GF 3 TI-200 and then later a GF 2 MX 400, and noticed with both cards the inverse mouse cursor would just be solid black, causing problems with Jane's F/A-18 which uses the precision cursor (which is inverse to make it visible at all times). On my G400 Max it works just fine, even effecting overlay graphics and whatnot. Anyone else here got a GF card they could test this on?

Just black on my GF2mx/400, but ALSO on my Voodoo5.

Wonder what ATi cards do with it? If the cheap GF4's perform good and properly implement such simple features as an inverse cursor we'll probably get one unless Matrox actually announces something. I'd MUCH prefer to get a Matrox card, and I'd be happy even if it cost $200 for a GF2 performance, but I'm worried that they arn't gonna be able to pull even that off.
