  • Cd-ReWrite Software question

I am using win98se and would like to know if there is any software program that allows me to drag and drop files/delete on my cd-rw disc while in my burner...I tried DirectCD5...but that formats your cd-rw in directCD format and is unreadable anywhere else until I finalize it...

Most sw programs allow multisession discs...but they do not allow the removal of individual files...only to erase the entire disc...any suggestions?

If you want to drag 'n' drop files, you need to accept that you'll have to use that packet-cd format.

Unfortunately, all packet-writing software uses a weird-o format. Adaptec, at least, has a system-level driver to let you read that weird-o format elsewhere.

But let's face it... how hard is it to drag 'n' drop to a directory, then burn that directory? Packet writing is inherently bad, wrong, and unstable. Just don't do it.
