    cheap(ish) p4's

    anyone after a p4 in europe would do well to check out the following supplier.
    they are due stock on jan 24th by the seem of things

    a 2 gig northwood is just £310 including VAT!(no stock til feb 7th)
    and a 2 gig standard is £290 inc VAT(socket423)
    is a flower best picked in it's prime or greater withered away by time?
    Talk about a dream, try to make it real.

    There's supposed to be a P4 price drop on the 27th. These guys may just be trying to reduce inventory. If you're thinking of buying, wait a week or two.
    Gigabyte P35-DS3L with a Q6600, 2GB Kingston HyperX (after *3* bad pairs of Crucial Ballistix 1066), Galaxy 8800GT 512MB, SB X-Fi, some drives, and a Dell 2005fpw. Running WinXP.

        AT £310, that seems like an expensive chip. My AMD 1.4gh was a third of that price.
