  • What software do you use for TV and Linux?

    Hi.

I am trying to get this to work, but my screen get corrupted... So, maybe it's the program or simply just the drivers.
It works, but half the tv-screen get green and fussy.

What do you use for watching TV in Linux?

    I am using a G200 + RRG, Redhat 7.1, KDE. mgavideo-0.1.0-test6 and xawtv-3-65.

    anyone?

Though I no longer have the Marvel G400 in my computer, I had the TV part working great. I used XawTV (version 3.23 I think) and I used the CVS version of mgavideo. I never had any luck with any of the test releases. Use the CVS for it. Good luck.

      Xv?

Used xawtv with my ATI card. Make sure that you have the Xv extension loaded, both for performance and stability.
