  • Newbie Question.....

I have not posted in this forum before, and I am sure this gets asked alot...

I want to capture around 70/80 mins of video with audio.

I have a Hauppage WinTV card which lets me produce an .avi output. I then apply LSX-MPEG encoder to compress the file.
    • Firstly, even with 7Gb free, I dont think i will have enough space to capture it all at once.
Can I capture say 20mins at a time and then append the files. If so how?
    • Secondly, when I resize the .mpg during playback, the video pauses (just a black screen) however the audio continues. Any ideas?

Sorry if the first point gets asked a lot, I did search the forum but got no replys.

    Thanks for any help!
    Cheers,
    Patrick
