    I have a Marvel G400-tv on Winxp.
I can get the clone and dvdmax setting.
If I try to disable the dual head or set it to multidisplay, I get a DLL error.
"Run a DLL as an App has encountered a problem and needs to close.
We are sorry for the inconvenience."
    "AppName: rundll32.exe AppVer: 5.1.2600.0 ModName: comctl32.dll
    ModVer: 6.0.2600.0 Offset: 000338a2"

    Anyone else have this problem?

    download this > http://www.matrox.com/mga/edhreg/dri...ce=w2k_572.cfm

unpack it, then zap the .inf file so it has the right entries for a g400tv. it runs the card quite nicely.

The driver you showed me doesnt work for my card.
As my orig. message says, I have a Marvel G400-TV, not a G550

its a combo driver, its for the g550, 450, 400 series. It wont recognize the 400TV as it comes, like I pointed out, you need to modify the setup files (one of the .inf files) so it recognizes the g400tv. I did, it works nicely for me.

Modify instg400.inf, change all occurences of VEN_102B&DEV_0525&SUBSYS_217D102B to read
        VEN_102B&DEV_0525&SUBSYS_3693102B

bring up the display property sheet, go to the dualhead tab, expand features, select clone, click the change button

I got the clone thing to work.
I set a Hot key and could enable it that way.

now the problem I have is that the audio out put is not working

unfortunately i cant help past this point, the audio out on my BOB has been broken for a long time. I bypass the BOB and attach an audio lead direct to my sound card.

                        they stopped supporting it.
but I should still be able to playback the files

check the matroxusers downloads, there is a file + instructions on how to enable hardware playback of mjpeg - or install the morgan jpeg codec.
