Abit KR7A-RAID

Is this any good? It has ATA-133 RAID. Will an array of 2 x 80GB drives run any faster than on an ATA-100 controller?

I've seen some posts on the ABIT NG's to the affect that its HighPoint based RAID arrays break easily. Based on the experience of the KT7-RAID I've be very careful.
