I just upgraded my version of TMPG to 2.01, and now it doesn't seem to like using virtualDub as a frameserver. When I specify the virtualDub .vdr file as an input to TMPG, TMPG just hangs (the virtualDub frameserver doesn't register any requests).

It's a long time since I originally installed TMPGENC, so I may have forgotten something I had to do to make it work with frameserving - or is anyone else having this problem with TMPG V2.01?

You´ll have to configure TMPEGenc to accept Virtual Dub / Avisynth frame server files (.vdr)
In the TMPEGenc folder should be a readAVS folder or something like that with a few dll´s and a registry file, which you´ll have to edit to make it appropriate for your system. After that, things should be OK again. Good luck!
