Just been Nimda'd

Just as I was doing work that has to be in tomorrow (well, today now
), my PC begins to grind to a halt, a quick glance at the cable modem shows that it is flat out transmitting or receiving something, and then I get some odd errors like can't run some temp file and low disk space..... Suddenly I have literally thousands of .eml files on my machine and it basically gives up not letting me run anything.
I've been Nimda-e 'd.
Serve me right for not having a virus program running on my PC. Running the Norton Nimda-e fix now, but I fear I've got a lot of corruptions
Oh, and on the subject of virus checking - you all seen http://housecall.antivirus.com ?
