G550 and RT2500 ?
Hi.
I got many problems trying to get my G550 and the RT2500 working. First I installed the newest G550 drivers 5.72 and then installed the RT2500 with MVT3.0. Having called the Matrox support they told me to use the new MVT3.1. Did it immediately, but no success. Found on the Matrox page that i have to use the older drivers 5.71 for my G550. Ok, installed them and then afterwards installed the MVT3.1 again. But again, no success.
Anyway, the card works, but i may not see any video preview in premiere when recording etc..
Does anyone of you guys know any solution to that?
How may get my RT2500 working??
Ups... forgot to tell you my error message:
it tells me sth. like...
"... cannot show video with adobe premiere...try to set your display properties to 16Bit or 32Bit....or reinstall your display drivers again..."
i don't know exactly, only got the german message, so excuse me.
The display properties are correct, checked it several times!!
