Hmmm ... Rags, are you using ATT too? I cant download it ... tried both links, using both Opera and IE6, it just stops at 66Kb ... sometimes as far as 75Kb ... but thats it.

Yes, I am using ATT too, but I can reach the file fine from dialup locally.
