  • TV-output with G450? In Linux?

Is there any way I can use my TV-output in Linux? Every doc (I mean, document ) say that it's not possible, the driver hasn't the support. Yet I've heard some people even watching TuxRacer from TV... with G450...! So what do I do to enable it if it's even possible? Some configing to XFree86-Config?
Hey, maybe you and I could... you know... [SLAP] Agh!

if you know if the g400 will do TV out under linux I'll give it a go here, get that working and at least give you the info on how I did it, also got a g550 to play with.

It would be nice to get the g550 working with tv out under linux as its destined for that box post buying the matrox trilenium Z5000 or what ever the hell is next

English doesn't borrow from other languages. It follows them down dark alleys, knocks them over, and goes through their pockets for loose grammar.

Be good if we could together some info on how to get everything working under Linux. I'll try and make a start on something...

You may want to ask on the video4linux list.

I think you are out of luck though.
