    NAB 2000, LAS VEGAS, April 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Philips Electronics, a major digital television and Internet set-top box manufacturer, and Liberate Technologies (Nasdaq: LBRT), the leading provider of software for the delivery of enhanced television content, have announced a collaborative MPEG-4-based solution that delivers audio and video services from the Internet to the living room via the television.
