  • I decided to crunch a wu or tu again :)

    Not sure if it will be permanent but it's been a while. Anything new I should know? I downloaded the latest 3.03 command line and currently running under XP. How long does it take to process a wu these days?

    Depends on your system what cpu/chipset are you using?
    According to the latest official figures, 43% of all statistics are totally worthless...

        My guess is around 6.5 hours.

          Whilst we're on this subject;

          I've got to buy a new machine soon for a small job I'm doing working from home, I can't justify a dual cpu machine to the beancounters, anyone got any views on which cpu will produce most WUs for me without overclocking?
