Urgent Help Required....Flicker on Outer limits of Prem Image Pan...

I'm trying to get a project away today - but when I finally rendered it at 704MJPEG I noticed it had flicker - but only at the outer limits (30%) of the image pan - after that it progresses smoothly.
I've tried all the field options/manipulations (including flicker removal) without success. Its probably more like jumping than flicker - as if its snapping between rendering blocks or something.

Not necessarily an MJPEG problem 'cause it appears in the most recent DivX4 and even in cinepak...hmmmm

I get this sometimes too. If I lengthen the duration of the image pan, that is, make the pan slower, I find it usually helps.

Just a thought...
